Total dedication to quality products require the usage of modern technology, so in our distillery, we used to involve manufacturers of equipment for distillation, such as Arnold Holstein, Spidel, Skrlj, etc. After controlled fermentation, husk slowly heats in a water bath, to fully convert perfect aroma of fully ripe fruit into a noble distillates. The goal is the harmonious spirit which in the smell and taste support the ripe fruit.
The quality takes time, and our fruit brandy ages 24 months in stainless steel containers before they are adjusted to individual volume. Aging is very important for the maturation of brandy, here, our brandies are harmonized and they become unforgettable tasty and pleasant to drink. When it comes to storing and maturing of the distillate, it is important to know that each type of brandy, as a rule, has its own specific requirements (characteristics) for maturation.
